What are my parking options for the event?

Free underground parking is available at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre.

Is coat check available?

We are pleased to provide free coat check to all participants.

Do I have to bring my registration confirmation to the event?

It's not necessary. We will have the participant confirmation list.

If I cannot attend, can a colleague attend in my place?

Yes, a colleague may attend in your place.

Can I wait until I arrive to choose my workshops?

Unfortunately not, as we require workshop numbers prior to the event to ensure adequate seating.

Is the event bilingual?

The plenary presentations will be displayed on screen in both English and French, with speakers presenting in the language of their choice. The workshops will be offered in English.
